Public Website Terms

These terms cover the public Kaevor One website and conceptual product tour. Paid use of Kaevor One requires a separate accepted service agreement.

Product information

The public tour demonstrates intended operating concepts. It is not a customer workspace, does not contain customer records, and should not be treated as a promise that every feature is included in every package.

Pricing and subscriptions

Packages are marked “Contact for pricing.” A subscription begins only after scope, pricing, taxes, onboarding responsibilities, billing terms, and service conditions are agreed in writing. Submitting an enquiry does not create an account or payment obligation.

Acceptable use

You may evaluate the public pages for legitimate business purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, submit unlawful information, or misrepresent your identity or authority.

Intellectual property

Kaevor One, the Kaevor Labs brand, public interface, and original content remain the property of their respective rights holders. No licence is granted beyond viewing the public website for evaluation.

Availability

The current release remains Development QA. Public pages may change, and availability is not guaranteed until a formal service agreement applies.
